Join to apply for the Automotive Sales Consultant role at Ryan Auto Mall.

The role includes a base training period and opportunities for growth in a customer-focused sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead customers through a sales process initiated via internet, in-person, or phone, with support from Sales Management
• Understand and implement the dealership’s CRM software
• Present and demonstrate inventory in person and virtually through video
• Offer payment and lease options for selected vehicles
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Review monthly plans and goals with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up to date on products, market trends, and certification

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a similar role is ideal but not required
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience: Sales – 1 year (Preferred)
