As we grow the company and the team, there potential to step into larger sales management roles for qualified team members who show the capability to take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Car sales - Support customers throughout their purchasing journey and close the deal.
- Sales support - Customer support and close out after the transaction.
- Sales lead management - detailed and timely lead data entry.
- General dealership duties - other duties at the dealership as needed.
Qualifications:
- No prior sales experience necessary for the right candidate. Former/current franchise sales consultants are welcome to apply, but we have also found great success with highly personable and trainable automotive enthusiasts.
- High level of vehicle knowledge - Do you know the difference between the 996 911 coupe and turbo IMS bearings without looking it up? Do you know the differences in the McLaren sport and super series lineup? If not, can you show aptitude in figuring it out in a way that a highly educated customer would feel like they are talking with a fellow enthusiast and not just a generic sales person?
- Excellent customer service - Our clients require a level of professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness few other dealerships require. Can you deliver on the care and trust expectation?
- Fastidious - can you stay on top of data entry.
- Financial acumen - can you talk a customer though the basic math of various lease or loan products in an accurate way that helps them best determine the product for them?
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary with opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance.
- Probationary salary period to start depending on experience. Salary to be set between $75,000 - $120,000 depending on capability and performance. Long term salary goal of $120k/yr + bonus with a total target of $150k+/yr.
