Northlake Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group, is seeking a Sales Consultant in a fast-paced environment in Florida. You will be the face of the dealership, assisting customers, explaining vehicle options, and building lasting relationships to drive loyalty and growth.

The role offers incentive-based pay, paid training, and clear growth paths to management roles, with comprehensive benefits and employee programs designed to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, team player with enthusiasm.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years of age or older per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership and help them select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, options and benefits, and determine needs.
• Deliver vehicles and guide customers through warranties, paperwork and loyalty.
• Stay informed about inventory and features to benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department to highlight service quality.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Deliver vehicles to customers. The delivery process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty
• Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership’s service department.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal orientated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
