Southern Tire Mart is seeking a motivated vehicle sales associate in Hattiesburg, MS. You will guide customers through the full purchase process, build relationships, and demonstrate CDJR vehicles and options to help close sales.

You will follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and in person, coordinating with management and the BDC team to meet and exceed sales goals. A professional, low-pressure buying experience is expected and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
