Job summary

Van Horn KIA of Glendale is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant. No prior experience is required and a paid training program with a guaranteed compensation plan for the first sixty days is offered.

This is a salaried plus commission position with unlimited earning potential. Join a family-owned, employee-owned group with a strong retirement plan and opportunities for growth within over 17 locations in Wisconsin and Iowa.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Write letters and emails to prospects and follow up by phone to set appointments.
• Sell new and used cars to customers.
• Ask for referrals and build a network of sources.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge on vehicles.
• Establish monthly objectives with management.

Job Duties:

• Write letters and emails to prospects, follow-up w/phone calls to make appointments and maintain log sheets
• Sell new and used cars
• Ask current customers for referrals and develop network of independent sources
• Continuous enhancement of product knowledge on all new/used vehicles
• Establish monthly objectives with management
