Your Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and build lasting relationships.
  • Listen and understand each customer's automotive needs to recommend the ideal vehicle.
  • Guide customers seamlessly through the entire sales process — from the first handshake to vehicle delivery.
  • Skillfully negotiate and close sales while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on all vehicle features, specifications, and promotions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
  • Actively participate in dealership training programs to sharpen your skills.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the dealership's success.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.

  • Basic computer literacy for managing customer records and sales documentation.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment background screenings.
