Overview

AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT – Rairdon’s Dodge Chrysler Jeep Hyundai of Bellingham, Bellingham, WA

Compensation

Full-time total annual compensation between $50,000.00 - $170,000.00; including 15-20% commission on Front Payable Gross plus additional 5% on Front Payable Gross if salesperson meets monthly CSI objective; up to $800.00 bonus potential based on tiered qualifying monthly performance, subject to terms of pay plan.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
