Job summary

Fields Auto Group is seeking an energetic Automotive Sales Consultant for our Asheville, NC dealership to deliver a luxury experience to every guest. You will help customers choose a vehicle by asking questions, listening, and presenting compelling options with knowledge of features and packages.

You will perform professional demonstrations, follow up to build referrals, and report to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
