What We Offer:
Potential pay ranges in the $55,000-$120,000 range per year. This includes incentive-based pay, so your skills and effort drive your income.

Job Responsibilities:
Managing the negotiation process to ensure customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
Appraising vehicles for trade.
Assisting in managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven success in retail sales.
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
Organization and follow-up skills.
Experience and desire to work with technology.
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.
