Job summary

Portage Ford CDJR is growing its Sales Team in Portage, WI. The Automotive Sales Associate will handle showroom walk-ins, phone ups, and internet leads, while delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

Position offers a five-day work week, on-site role with opportunities for bonuses and commissions, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Must be available to work some evenings and Saturdays and have legal work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• Experience in customer-facing sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles to customers, explaining features and pricing.
• Follow up on leads and appointments to convert interest into sales.
• Assist with paperwork and financing processes with customers.

Salary Potential $60,000-$100,000 Annually

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience handling showroom walk-ins, phone ups, internet leads, and follow-up outreach to past customers is a plus
• Experience in furniture sales, cellular sales, automotive sales, bartending, or serving is a plus

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Available to work some evenings and Saturdays
• Available to work every Saturday
• Eligible to work in the United States
