Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, over the phone, and online.
• Genuine passion for vehicles and helping people find their ideal drive.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a team-first mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience by greeting shoppers in-person and online with enthusiasm.
• Match customer needs with the right vehicle from the Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram lineup.
• Lead engaging test drives, vehicle walkarounds, and feature demonstrations.
• Close deals with a transparent, no-pressure buying process.
• Build lasting relationships through timely follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Stay current on new models, features, promotions, and trends.
• Collaborate with finance, service, and detailing teams for a seamless journey.
• Maintain a clean showroom and well-presented inventory.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals in a high-performance environment.

We’re seeking motivated, customer-obsessed Automotive Sales Associates to join our thriving showroom. In this role, you’ll help customers discover their perfect vehicle, create memorable buying experiences, and build long-term relationships in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities
