Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate in Colorado to sell new and used vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting gross profit goals. You will work with a best-in-class CRM, leverage equity mining tools, and collaborate with one of America's largest automotive retailers to build a thriving book of business.

You’ll complete training, benefit from competitive commissions, and have access to a national inventory and relationships with 30 lenders to help customers finance

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals aligned with productivity standards.
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
