Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership, answer questions, and help select suitable vehicles
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, and optional equipment
• Deliver vehicles, ensuring customers understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Stay informed about inventory, features, and accessories
• Introduce customers to the service department to highlight quality and efficiency

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-oriented
• Proven retail sales or customer service experience
• Must be 18+ years old to meet driving policy requirements
