Job summary

EDAG Group is seeking an Integration Program Manager to lead the systems integration across safety, durability and NVH disciplines. The role requires coordinating with external TPMs, translating complex safety data into clear program directives, and driving risk mitigation across engineering teams.

Candidates should have extensive automotive safety experience and proven project management skills, with the ability to travel to test locations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in automotive safety and testing or system integration.
• Willingness to travel to vehicle and component test locations.
• Strong working knowledge of FMVSS, ECE, NCAP and other automotive safety evaluation preferred.
• Proven project management experience with tracking milestones and coordinating teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for structured execution of safety initiatives.
• English proficiency (C1-C2).

Responsibilities

• Synthesize complex test, simulation, and design data into cohesive, actionable items.
• Lead the systems integration of safety, durability and NVH loadcases across domains.
• Act as the single technical contact for external TPMs and program management.
• Partner with engineers to define, track, and communicate integration requirements.
• Uncover and drive resolution for technical bottlenecks and risks across facilities.
• Institutionalize systems engineering documentation and best practices.
• Represent safety, durability and NVH to external stakeholders.
• Ensure integration efforts align with broader objectives and timelines.
