Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Retrofit and modify automotive components according to customer specifications and work instructions.
• Assemble, install, or replace parts using hand tools and fixtures.
• Follow standardized work, visual aids, and quality requirements to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform inspections and quality checks on retrofitted components.
• Document production activities using shop floor systems or logs.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Identify and report defects or process issues to team leaders or supervisors.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams for continuous improvement.
• Work tasks include standing, repetitive motions, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
