Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Florida is seeking a Sales Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely while building a long-term career with Bridgestone. You will deliver exceptional service in person and over the phone, and develop skills across store operations and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of development.
