Bridgestone Americas is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson for our Yorba Linda, CA location. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service in person and over the phone, driving sales, and coordinating with technicians to schedule service appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
