Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson in Nashville, Tennessee. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, meeting and exceeding customer needs, and coordinating service appointments with technicians.

You will promote our products and services, build lasting relationships, handle transactions with accuracy, and contribute to a fast-paced automotive retail environment while pursuing sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
