Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations, based in Nashville, TN, is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional service in-person and over the phone, drive the sale of our automotive services, and build strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes a dynamic sales focus in a fast-paced environment; a High School Diploma and 2 years of retail experience are preferred. Competitive pay ranges from $16.00 to $23.90 per hour plus benefits and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
