AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find parts and solutions while building product knowledge and teamwork. This role offers opportunities for growth in a busy automotive retail environment.

You will engage customers, assist with product selection, restock merchandise, and support store operations while applying diagnostics knowledge to diagnose simple vehicle issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to hit sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures.
• Read vehicle codes with diagnostic tools and suggest solutions.
