Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert automotive advice.
• Engage with customers, communicate clearly, and uphold WOW! customer service.
• Collaborate with management and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to support sales goals and store performance.
• Restock merchandise and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Read vehicle codes with diagnostic tools and propose solutions.
