Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. You will contribute to a high-energy store environment and grow within an essential retail team.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining inventory, operating POS, and staying current on parts and promotions while ensuring safety and excellent service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide automotive advice.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates for a motivated store environment.
• Restock merchandise and follow proper POS procedures.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and recommend solutions.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Maintain knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Contribute to sales goals and store performance metrics.
