Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 16+ years
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with automotive parts and solutions; deliver clear, professional communication
• Collaborate with store team and management to maintain a motivated environment
• Recommend products and promotions to support sales goals and store metrics
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized inventory; follow POS and loss prevention policies
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements to ensure a secure workplace
• Maintain product knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and promotions
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions to customers' vehicular needs
