Job summary

Bridgestone Americas in Nashville is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver excellent customer service both in person and by phone, drive sales of automotive services, and coordinate with technicians to book appointments. The role requires an energetic, customer-focused approach to build relationships, promote products, and ensure smooth, accurate transactions during each visit.

The position offers a compensation range in line with retail sales responsibilities, with full-time hours

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
