Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Arlington Heights, IL seeks an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional in‑person and phone customer service, drive sales and coordinate service appointments.

You will use energy to promote our automotive services, build relationships and ensure smooth transactions for customers during their visits. The role emphasizes sales, service quality and fast-paced interaction in a retail automotive setting, with a pay range noted and benefits for teammates

Qualifications

• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
