Qualifications

• Basic automotive parts knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel.
• Foster clear communication with employees and customers.
• Help meet sales targets and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure store operations and compliance with company standards in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead customer service and resolve concerns to create WOW! experiences.
• Drive operational efficiency and merchandising standards.
• Support budgeting, analyze financials, and monitor expenses.
