Formación

• Customer service focus and clear communication with customers.
• Ability to work with teammates and managers to maintain a productive store environment.
• Track sales and contribute to store performance metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise, follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to keep a safe work area.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
