AutoZone is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right automotive parts and provide expert advice. You will work with a friendly team to maintain stock, assist with sales, and follow store procedures.

Ideal candidates are energized by helping customers, can communicate effectively in English and Spanish, and are comfortable with basic automotive products. Great growth opportunities are available in a nationwide retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Ability to lift and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive knowledge or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to increase sales and hit store targets.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow structured processes and PPE policies to keep the store safe and efficient.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
