AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right parts, offering automotive knowledge, and driving store performance.

You will engage with customers, stock and organize inventory, operate the point of sale, and follow safety policies while learning AutoZone systems to recommend products and promotions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.

• Follow structured processes, operate safely with PPE, and maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and suggest solutions.
