Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and vehicle part recommendations.
• Provide clear, professional communication to ensure positive customer interactions.
• Work with store leadership to achieve sales goals and maintain store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise and keep shelves organized; follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required in the store environment.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions and parts.
