Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find automotive parts and solutions. You’ll engage with customers, provide expert advice, and contribute to store performance while maintaining inventory and following store procedures.

The role supports a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth within AutoZone’s retail network. Prior automotive retail exposure and ASE certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.
• Automotive retail experience preferred and ASE certification may be valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert automotive advice.
• Engage with customers to deliver WOW! service and meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized, safe store operations.
• Follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
