AutoZone, Inc. is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. You will stock, assist with product selection, and share expert advice in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication in English and Spanish, and knowledge of automotive parts. Prior automotive retail experience and ASE certification are valued and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide automotive advice to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with management and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products, services and promotions to contribute to sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, keep the store organized and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes and wear PPE to maintain a safe work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions to customers.
