Job summary

AutoZone’s store teams drive WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions for automotive needs. As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll deliver expert advice, engage with customers, and contribute to a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

You’ll work with the team to meet sales goals, restock and organize inventory, and follow safety and POS procedures. Bilingual Spanish/English abilities are a plus and flexibility in schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with automotive parts and provide expert guidance.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products, services and promotions to support sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and follow proper POS procedures to ensure accuracy.
