Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions. You will assist with product selection, maintain stock, and support store operations while upholding safety and company policies.

The role involves working with customers in a fast-paced retail environment, with emphasis on teamwork, communication in English and Spanish, and ongoing product knowledge. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Experience in automotive retail (preferred)
• ASE Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice
• Assist customers with product selection and promotions
• Maintain organized inventory and follow POS procedures
• Support store operations and loss prevention policies
