You will assist with product selection, maintain inventory, and support store operations to drive sales and a knowledgeable retail environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership in daily duties, and exceptional communication in both Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide automotive advice to support sales goals.
• Collaborate with store team and managers to keep operations motivated and productive.
• Recommend products and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive store performance.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Use PPE and follow safety policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Read codes from vehicles using diagnostic tools and suggest solutions.
