Qualifications

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications or ability to obtain them in 12 months.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 75 pounds.

Our Automotive Repair Technicians - Level A, B, and C are dedicated technicians who accurately repair customer vehicles, and positively influence customer satisfaction. Our CCIT stores are AAA owned and operated and serve a large membership base. There is plenty of business year round!

Leesburg Location address: 925 Edwards Ferry Road, NE, Leesburg, VA 20176-3301

Purcellville Location addresses: 720 E. Main Street, Purcellville, VA 20132

What We Can Offer You

• A-Level Technicians - $29.65 to $37.84 hourly flat rate, and includes a 30 Hour Billable Week Guarantee
• B-Level Technicians - $25.45 to $33.77 hourly flat rate, and includes a 20 Hour Billable Week Guarantee
• C-Level Technicians - $20.56 to $28.93 hourly flat rate, and includes a 20 hour Billable Week Guarantee
• The base pay ranges shown are a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
• No Sundays!

What Our Automotive Technicians Do

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Accurately perform repairs and maintenance on all vehicles as specified in manufacturer-designed procedures or accepted industry practices.
  
  

What You Will Need

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications (or ability to obtain in 12 months - paid by AAA) or car dealer certifications
• State Safety and Emissions license preferred, not required
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to lift a maximum of 75 pounds, and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Satisfactory employment screening results including criminal, drug and motor vehicle.
