Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Norman, OK is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician (A, B, or C Level) to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across a wide range of vehicles. The role offers opportunities for ASE certification support and a pathway to grow within a trusted national brand.

The position is full-time with a 5-day workweek, Saturdays required, and a billable-hour guarantee depending on technician level.

Qualifications

• ASE or dealership certifications preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Authorized to work in the USA

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicles including engine performance, transmissions, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC
• Maintain and grow technical expertise to expand flexibility in work assignments
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Complete repairs and maintenance to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices
