Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician C in West Chester, OH to diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of vehicles. You will work with modern tools, receive ongoing training, and contribute to customer satisfaction with quality service.

The role offers hourly pay with potential productivity bonuses, benefits, and opportunities for certification support. A valid driver’s license and ASE or dealership certifications are preferred, with certifications attainable within 12

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ASE or dealer certification in two categories (Suspension & Steering, Brakes) preferred or equivalent knowledge.
• Must obtain required certifications within 12 months (paid for by AAA).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic suspension and steering systems.
• Diagnose and repair basic brake systems and perform alignments.
• Repair tires, perform fluid maintenance exchanges, and battery checks/installation.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and safe procedure adherence.
• Plan and organize work for high efficiency and vehicle movement.
• Perform repairs to manufacturer procedures or standard industry practices.
