Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician (Level B or C) to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles. You'll perform inspections, execute repairs to engine, transmission, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC, and ensure safety and quality.

The role offers signing bonus up to $1,500, competitive pay, and opportunities for ASE certifications paid by AAA. Full-time schedule including Saturdays, with benefits such as medical, dental, 401(k), PTO,

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Technician; varies by position level.
• ASE or dealership certifications preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles including engine performance, transmissions, suspension, brakes, electrical systems and HVAC.
• Maintain and grow technical expertise to expand flexibility in work assignments.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment per manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Complete repairs to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices.
