Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a C-Level Automotive Technician in Hamilton, NJ to perform routine maintenance and light diagnostics, with opportunities to work on more complex repairs as you grow your skills.

The role offers a full-time schedule (Mon, Fri & Sat often required) at $22.58–$35.14 per hour, with paid ASE certifications and a focus on safety and quality. Training, benefits, and a supportive team accompany the position.

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience as an Automotive Technician with ability to perform standard automotive repairs.
  • ASE or Dealership certifications preferred in at least two categories: Suspension & Steering and Brakes (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA).
  • Valid Pennsylvania State Inspection License (Safety & Emissions) required
  • Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background, drug, fitness for duty)

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs including basic Suspension & Steering Diagnostics/Repair, basic Brake Diagnostics/Repair, Wheel Alignments, Tire Repair, Fluid Maintenance Exchanges, and Battery Checks and Installation.
  • Maintain and build general automotive skills to allow flexibility in work assignments.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Properly maintain tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company safety guidelines.
  • Plan and organize work for maximum efficiency, including vehicle movement.
  • Complete all repairs and maintenance to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Automotive Technician (C-Level) – Hiring Now | AAA Club Alliance

AAA Club Alliance is actively hiring a C-Level Automotive Technician who wants to continue building their skills while contributing to a high-performing team. In this role, you’ll perform routine maintenance and support light diagnostic and repair work, including oil services, tires, brakes, and batteries. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, gaining exposure to more complex repairs while continuing to expand your technical abilities.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Pay: $22.58 – $35.14/hour flat rate. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
  • Billable Hours Guarantee: 20-hour minimum per week.
  • Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.
  • Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays are often required). Sundays off every week, plus one other day off based on business needs.
  • Training & Certification Support: We pay for your ASE certifications and recertifications!
Your Impact as an Automotive Repair Technician C:

What You’ll Bring:
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with proven ability to perform standard automotive repairs.
  • ASE or Dealership certifications preferred in at least two categories: Suspension & Steering and Brakes (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA).
