AAA Club Alliance in Middletown, OH is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician B to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring customers leave with confidence and peace of mind.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with proven diagnostic and repair skills.
• ASE or Dealership certifications preferred in Suspension & Steering, Brakes, and Heating & Air Conditioning (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA).
• Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaborating with the team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair systems including Suspension & Steering, Brakes (ABS/traction control), Electrical, and Heating & Air Conditioning.
• Maintain technical knowledge and expand skills to increase flexibility in assignments.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment per manufacturer and company safety guidelines.
• Plan and organize work for maximum efficiency, including vehicle movement.
• Complete repairs to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Offer

• The starting base compensation for this position is $23.46 - $32.95/hr flat rate. Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
• Billable Hours Guarantee: 20-hour minimum per week.
• Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.
• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off. Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off.
• Training & Certification Support: We pay for your ASE certifications and recertifications!

Your Impact As An Automotive Repair Technician B
