Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in King of Prussia, PA is hiring an Automotive Repair Technician B. This full-time role requires at least 3 years of diagnostic and repair experience across suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC.

ASE or dealership certifications are preferred and AAA pays for certifications, including recertifications. The package features competitive pay at $24.60–$34.60 per hour, 5 days a week, with Sundays off, plus a productivity bonus and training support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience with diagnostic/repair skills.
• ASE or dealership certifications preferred in suspension/steering, brakes, or HVAC (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities; team collaboration.
• Valid driver's license; authorized to work in the USA; ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Willingness to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repair work across suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain knowledge and expand skills to stay flexible.
• Keep work areas clean and safe; follow safety guidelines.
• Plan and organize work for maximum efficiency, including vehicle movement.
• Complete repairs to manufacturer specifications.
