AAA Club Alliance in Fairfax, VA is seeking an Automotive Technician B with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to diagnose and repair vehicles, including braking, steering, electrical, and HVAC systems. The role requires ASE certifications or willingness to obtain them within 12 months, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

You will maintain tools, follow safety guidelines, and plan efficient workflows while completing repairs to manufacturer specs.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with proven diagnostic and repair skills.
• ASE or Dealership certifications preferred in Suspension & Steering, Brakes, and Heating & Air Conditioning (or ability to obtain within 12 months - paid for by AAA).
• Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaborating with the team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).

What We Offer

• The starting base compensation for this position is $26.98 - $37.90/hr flat rate. Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
• Billable Hours Guarantee: 20-hour minimum per week.
• Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 - $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.
• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off. Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off.
• Training & Certification Support: We pay for your ASE certifications and recertifications.
