AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician A in Harrison, OH. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, with base pay between $26.30 and $36.92 per hour and a 30-hour weekly minimum. The role includes Saturday work, a productivity bonus, and certification support for ASE credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills.
• ASE Master Technician or dealership certifications preferred, with ability to certify within 12 months (paid by AAA).
• ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaborating with the team.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background, drug, fitness for duty).

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, electrical, and HVAC.
• Maintain high technical expertise and continuously expand skills.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer procedures or industry best practices.
• Train and mentor other technicians and service staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

As an Automotive Repair Technician A, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring every customer leaves with confidence and peace of mind.

Location: 10765 Harrison Ave, Harrison, OH 45030

What We Offer:

• The base compensation for this position is $26.30 - $36.92/hr flat rate. Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
• Billable Hours Guarantee: 30-hour minimum per week.
• Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 - $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.
• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off. Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off.
• Training & Certification Support: We pay for your ASE certifications and recertifications!

Your Impact as an Automotive Repair Technician A:

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work, including Engine Repair, Transmission Repair, Suspension & Steering, Brake Systems (including ABS/traction control), Electrical Systems, and Heating & Air Conditioning.
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise and continuously expand your skills.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer procedures or industry best practices.
• Train and mentor other technicians and service associates.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 6 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills.
• ASE Master Technician or Dealership certifications preferred (or equivalent experience with ability to certify within 12 months - paid for by AAA).
• ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaborating with the team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
