Timbrook Automotive is seeking a Reconditioning Technician to elevate vehicles before they hit the sales lot. You will inspect, repair, and detail vehicles to dealership standards, using hand and power tools to achieve a showroom-ready finish.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, safe work practices, and teamwork with Service and Sales teams to ensure timely preparation of inventory. Full-time position with growth opportunities in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive detailing, vehicle reconditioning, body repair, or related field preferred.
• Eye for detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to perform minor cosmetic repairs and reconditioning work.

Responsabilités

• Inspect vehicles and identify required repairs, cosmetic improvements, and reconditioning needs.
• Perform paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, scratch repair, and dent removal.
• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards.
• Replace or repair worn trim, molding, lights, and other small components.
• Perform minor repairs and cosmetic improvements as needed.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and document reconditioning progress.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to ensure vehicles are ready for the lot.
• Move and position vehicles as needed throughout the dealership.

Timbrook Automotive is looking for a Reconditioning Technician to help get our vehicles looking their absolute best before they hit the sales lot. If you take pride in your work, have an eye for detail, and know how to make a vehicle shine, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do

As a Reconditioning Technician, you’ll help prepare vehicles for sale by:

• Inspecting vehicles and identifying necessary repairs, cosmetic improvements, and reconditioning needs
• Performing paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, scratch repair, and dent removal
• Cleaning and detailing vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
• Replacing or repairing worn or damaged trim, molding, lights, and other minor components
• Performing minor repairs and cosmetic improvements as needed
• Using hand tools, power tools, and detailing equipment safely and effectively
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assisting with vehicle inspections and documenting reconditioning needs and progress
• Working closely with the Service and Sales teams to ensure vehicles are ready for the lot
• Moving and positioning vehicles as needed throughout the dealership
• Following all company safety procedures and standardsPerforming other duties as assigned by management

• Has previous experience in automotive detailing, vehicle reconditioning, body repair, or a related field preferred
• Has an eagle eye for detail and takes pride in quality workmanship
• Has the ability to perform minor cosmetic repairs and reconditioning work
• Can safely and effectively use hand and power tools
• Is dependable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Can work independently while also being a team player
• Takes pride in keeping vehicles and the work area clean and organized
• Has a positive attitude and brings energy and pride to the job every day
• Has a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
