Job summary

Timbrook Automotive Inc. is seeking a dedicated Reconditioning Technician to refresh vehicles to brand-new standards and support our service and sales teams. You will inspect, repair, and detail vehicles to ensure showroom quality, contributing to customer satisfaction and lot presentation.

Applicants should have experience in detailing or reconditioning, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to use hand and power tools safely. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in detailing, reconditioning, or minor repairs preferred.
• Keen eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to perform the duties.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs or cosmetic improvements.
• Perform paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, dent removal, and scratch repairs.
• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards.
• Replace or repair worn or damaged parts such as trim, molding, and lights.
• Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe working environment.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and reporting on reconditioning progress.
• Team up with Service & Sales to make our lot shine.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
