Germain BMW of Naples is seeking a full-time receptionist in Naples, FL. The position offers $18 per hour and a stable, Monday–Friday schedule.

You will deliver friendly customer service, greet visitors and route inquiries to the right teams, helping preserve the dealership's professional image. As a key face of the store, you’ll answer phones, assist with appointment scheduling and coordinate with sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Punctual with flexible scheduling.
• Professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership phones, greet and receive customers
• Direct customers to the correct department
• Work cooperatively with the sales/service and other internal teams
• Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments
• Help service customers with payment
