Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive component R&D development.
• Experience leading direct or indirect reports.
• Experience coordinating cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and synchronize R&D contributors for project targets achievement.
• Assign tasks to disciplines according to customer and project need.
• Interface with the customer for R&D subjects and cascade needs internally.
• Organize reviews and technical meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor R&D budgeting and risks; escalate issues as needed.
