Automotive Quick Service Sales Advisor | Up to $55K Annually & Weekends Off | League City

Job Overview:

As an Automotive Quick Service Sales Advisor with Christian Brothers Automotive, you will be the trusted professional our guests rely on for assistance with their vehicles. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, serving as the face they see each time they visit.

You will guide guests through the repair process, keep them informed about their vehicle's status, and ensure their satisfaction before they leave our facility.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting guests with hospitality and respect
• Presenting the best repair solutions in an understandable manner
• Effectively selling services while maintaining honesty and integrity
• Maintaining a positive attitude and team environment
• Communicating professionally on the phone
• Building long-term relationships with customers and the store
• Participating in customer service activities
• Shuttling guests in a CBA branded vehicle as needed
• Ensuring repairs meet specifications
• Collaborating with team members and assisting as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and automotive store applications
• Experience in Automotive Quick Lane Customer Service or Service Write/Advisor/Sales roles

Physical Requirements:

• Dependability for scheduled hours (Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm)
• Ability to stand, walk, and coordinate parts during the workday
• Occasional lifting over 50 lbs.
• Ability to work at a brisk pace in a high-volume environment
