Job summary

Yanfeng U.S. Automotive Interior Systems II LLC is seeking a Quality Systems lead to coordinate IATF 16949 and customer-specific audits. The role develops KPI convergence plans with plant management and drives continuous improvement across production and support teams.

You will mentor across departments, ensure compliance with global quality systems, and prepare for third-party assessments while leading shop-floor workshops and cross-functional training.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with quality systems.
• 3-5 years in the automotive industry.
• Willingness to travel and visit customer sites.
• Experience with IATF16949 is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead IATF 16949 and customer specific requirements audits with follow-up assessments.
• Develop and implement KPI convergence plans with plant management.
• Lead preparation, monitoring, and reporting for plant Business Systems Management and IATF 16949/IOS assessments.
• Maintain compliance to Global/Regional Quality System requirements and customer specs.
• Provide coaching on YF IOS, IATF 16949, and other requirements across plant departments.
• Coordinate management reviews, provide data, and track open issues.
• Lead shop floor workshops and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
